To get the best and most cost-effective results from a series of Kybella injections, you should only be concerned with a small and isolated pouch of submental fat. If you have areas of excess fat that extend around your neck or towards your ears, Kybella may not give you the most bang for your buck. You may see a noticeable reduction in your submental fat, but a subsequent procedure or an abundance Kybella treatments spaced weeks apart may be necessary to give you the results you desire.

Micro Liposuction and Profound Skin Tightening

Don’t worry, if you have a large amount of fat under your chin or loose, sagging skin in that area, you don’t have to undergo major plastic surgery to address it. In fact, Dr. Talei is pleased to offer micro liposuction and/or Profound Radiofrequency Skin Tightening treatments as excellent solutions for double chins that don’t fit Kybella candidacy.
